I went to see Paul McKenna last night at St James Church Piccadilly. There were only a couple of hundred people in the audience so it was quite intimate. He showed us his latest technics in combating PTSD, stress and self belief. Interesting stuff. Myself having lived with PTSD for many years, I was very interested in the technique Havening. It involves stroking the top of your arms while thinking of your trauma. You then use eye movement to disengage the memory process. I've used eye movement in the past with a military physiologist, so this has to have some baring. Thoroughly enjoyed the lecture which lasted an hour and a half. He's only doing ten shows a year now, I've used him in the past to improve my golf, he has an app for that.
If you suffer with anxiety or trauma, look him up or Havening it can be self administered or another party can help.
