    Don't really look at google rating personally, but, why don't you offer your customers something in exchange? How about a free vehicle safety check if they give you a rating? I certainly do that for my garage.

    If you can prove that it has a massively detrimental effect on your business, then you could go down the legal route. However, you will probably be out more in legal fees than you would receive in reparations.

    Best thing to do, keep working hard and generating 5 star reviews from your genuine customers. This episode will soon be forgotten.
