A digital or a jump hour would be interesting .....
I've been around long enough to know it's a bad idea to ask, but interested what others think?
Recent releases seem to have moved a little away from the Tool watches that were the staple of TF offerings & producing more vintage style dress & casual watches.
It's got me wondering what a TF sports watch would be like?
I'm nowhere near a Nautilus, Royal Oak, Vacheron Overseas or 222 and even the likes of the GO seventies are out of budget.
I'd love to see what Eddie could come up with.

Interesting point, I only purchased mine last week but I'm not sure how to read my serial number to guess how many are out there.
The Nautilus & Royal oak seem plenty popular enough though.

Dohhh! walked right into that one.
What price do you categorize as luxury?
I'm more referring to the genre rather than the price.
I've heard this term "Luxury Steel Sport Watches" used before somewhere on the net in this context, but can't recall where.
Key features of this genre IMO are;
- Interesting shape case including integrated bracelet.
- Interesting dial e.g. depth, brushed or sunburst.
- mixture of polished & brushed case/bracelet surfaces.
I'd hope for it to be somewhere within the current TF segment of £200-1200, depending on movement & level of detail eventually achieved.
Sounds like something with potential. Does our host agree is the big question!

I do very well with watches in the sub-£500 price range an not so well with anything above. Of course there are exceptions but with quite large minimum quantities for any new project and all cash having to be paid before a single watch is sold, it has to be a sure thing.

Whole chunks of my life come under the heading "it seemed like a good idea at the time".
And this is why luxury markets are very hard to break in to. Risk is so high that few can afford to try. Even companies with massive capital reserves (e.g. Toyota launching Lexus in the 80s) struggle.
I don't get what would make it a luxury watch.Bung on a grand on top of the usual price? Put it in a fancy box?
Maybe the "luxury" word is confusing things?
How would you describe a Patek Nautilus, AP Royal Oak, Rolex Oyster Quartz, Vacheron Constantin 222 or Overseas, etc..?
Are they dive watches, tool watches, dress watches... No.
The best description I've seen was "Stainless Steel luxury sports watch".
Spotted this elsewhere & it fits the bill.
Although I'm sure Eddie could do a better job, especially on the hands.

^^^ I don't mind that but the logo reminds me of Suzuki.
