need help with prs11-disengaging the hack only by screwing the crown in

Hi guys, or any prs11 owners,
As above? is it a crown issue or the stem is too short to disengage the hack function?
Or should i order a new crown- faulty internal spring?
    Let me know

    Many thanks,
    Eric

It sounds like the stem's too short.

Hi Duncan! thanks i will highlight this to my local watchmaker he says there's a possibility the spring in the crown is too weak to engage the hack system, what are your thoughts on this?

question about the bezel it only takes a gentle touch for the bezel to turn, i have checked the click spring is present anyway i can 'tighten the action?'

You can adjust the click-ratchet pawl angle this can definitely make the turning easier or harder.

Yup a longer stem and you can get the gap you mention.

Another thing over long stems can cause casetube threads or crowns threads to strip.
