And just for clarity I'm speaking about watches here , so many of us have a collection of watches however is your wife into watches too ? If so what does she wear ?
In my case I once bought my grail watch , a gold steel Daytona with a diamond dial , after a week or so I received a couple of remarks saying it would suit a woman over a man . My wife once heard the remark and asked to try it on , the rest is history , she has never let me have it back ,
Initially I told her she could wear it temporarily until I sold it , that day has never come and I've finally succumbed to her , it's an absolute stunner and I'm glad she kept it in the end .
I'm guessing most of you guys bought your wife a watch as a gift or others let your wife wear a watch from your collection ?
Let's see them guys

Aww, I'm disappointed now, thought this was going to be something else 😍
My wife wears a Rolex Explorer by the way, she loves the simple no frills layout and no date. I'd never be able to get it off her so I think it's a keeper
My wife doesn't wear watches, drives me crazy !!
An awful DKNY thing she made me buy her years ago. I've even offered to buy her something better!?
I've forced my watch love onto the Mrs, she's got 2 Seiko's and a Tissot. One of her Seiko is lovely actually, Id really like a gents version.
At the moment

Hello kitty watch for daily wear on the farm, it is amazingly durable! and then a curtiss bydinator and an Avia Marino I got free off ebay. Just need to get the Marino resealed so it can be used as a tool watch. I opened it up and the seal has become brittle.
Omega Constellation
Previously an awful gold-toned thing but I bought her a Mondaine at Christmas, it's been worn since. Thank God.
A Michael Kors shock horror, also a fossil and Pierre Cardin. To be fair I think bought her them all (before I discovered the world of horology). I've been contemplating for a while whether it would be a good or bad thing to get her into 'proper' watches!
Rolex datejust fluted bezel 31mm.
Mostly nothing.😜
Breitling colt for the other half
Most of the time my wife forgets her watch, and when it's on it's a seiko quartz. She thinks i'm crazy about watches so i havent dared to give her something better... Yet
My OH has a TT Cartier tank francaise which I bought her for her 40th. Her choice. She was burgled and the brain dead perp took her very basic laptop and left the watch. Duh!!

Orient Mako Ray. She absolutely adores the thing. Apparently she would bin it for the platinum Daytona though.
Bea loves her watches, unfortunately! She has a 16600 Sea Dweller, a steel and gold Datejust, a Nomos Club, a Junghans Max Bill and Perellet double rotor jobbie. She's nagging me for a Cartier Tank Americaine but she's got no chance.
A Cheap Sekonda Quartz watch, she thinks any watch over £20 is a waste of money........
Variety of cheap fashion watches on and off, but nothing at work as not allowed, then a tt dj most weekends, although she just doesn't want anything expensive again, oops too late
Swatch usually but her favourite watch is the gmt Pepsi.
I nearly got her one but had the whole "no I'll just wear yours sometimes"
..bloody won't.
Another Mickael Kors here. She likes yellow gold, and I've offered to buy her a Date Just or a Day Date, but she's not interested.
I am the wife. Whilst I am at work it is generally this DJ:
But at weekends and when I'm happy to wear something a bit more delicate it tends to be something smaller and vintage, like these:
Or sometimes this speedmaster reduced (the speedmaster pro is just too big for my wrists):
I would get into real trouble if I borrowed one of my husband's watches!
A quartz JLC Reverso.
She has other premium watches, but nothing else gets a look in. Only issue is that I had to sell my Reverso as someone once made a comment about his and hers watches, and that was a deal breaker.
A Fitbit. At least she answers the phone now as it vibrates on her wrist.
Oysterquartz - it's technically mine, but she 'borrowed' it a couple of years ago and has barely been off her wrist since so I think it's lost forever.

Steel Connie. Specced it at the AD years ago and they did it as a custom order, I thought it was going to be way too plain the way she wanted it but it has aged impeccably and is never off.
Mrs kings collection. Has been wearing my old swatch will the sub was at service now wants a bigger watch. Don't think she means the swatch either

Mrs. M. demanded a Rolex.
Bit of a liberty, frankly.
You are correct, Mrs T. not into watches but loves the one I bought her back in 2007, on numerous occasions I've mentioned getting something else, maybe a Cartier Tank or Rolex on a bracelet but there is no interest
more than happy with what she has now and with plenty of strap change options (many more than what's pictured)
Breitling galactic 32 mop dial
It doesn't matter what Mrs. Groyn wears, she still can't get the time right!
Mondaine

Omega constellation bi metal and a J12. J12 hasn't been seen since I bought her the omega last august so I must have chosen wisely!
A Hamilton Seaview Automatic for Ladies white face and white rotating bezel with ETA 2824-2! Of course I bought it for a birthday more 5 years ago, but she chose the model.
