Vintage Tudor prince oysterdate circa 1970s

I'm looking for recommendations on somebody who could strip clean/repair if needed and refurb such a watch. The watch was my grandads and holds massive centimental value but is really "used/worn"

I'm aware it may cost a bit

    Thanks

Although I don't know who to recommend, It will be an ETA, possibly something like a 2472. Although different to the more modern 2824 it is very similar. So not a hard thing to service, parts are more of a problem these days, but they are still available, just for a price!

Thanks for that, yeh I can imagine that the parts etc aren't easy to come by, would it be best taking it to a Rolex dealer to have it sent to Rolex/Tudor ? Just trying to gather some info at the min.

I wouldn't no, it will get seriously expensive quickly, I would go independent.
