Russian Watch Dealers

Often when browsing Chrono24, I stumble across some seemingly very attractive pricing from watch dealers based in Russia. For example, a Rolex Explorer 36 for £2529 - granted there's not a hell of a lot of other info i.e. B&P, year etc which of course does not fill me with confidence. Has anyone had experience with Russian dealers?

I've thought this as well but plenty of the adverts say they can't ship outside of Russia and that you have to visit the shop. I don't know if that's a trading limitation or just dodgy as hell. Whatever it is I'm not going to find out.

If that's the watch you're in the market for, why not a respected dealer of this parish, who currently has one listed cheaper than the Russian price (when import duties are factored in, let alone shipping and insurance).
