Well no its not, just the dash, chassis are mx5, the engine, suspension, body panels, interior are all unique to the Fiat...and yes there is one on our front drive.
Oh come on, it's an MX-5.
It just looks a little better to some people.

Looks a lot better to me, also drives completely differently....
I think they look better. In fact, I quite like them. I'd happily own one, but it's one of very very few fiats I could say that of.
