Just picked one up on SC.
I've downloaded the navigation software and can see the drives fine, but it looks like I need the installation CD to change settings.
Cheers,

Don't you just manage it via a browser? That's what I do with the buffalo nas that I have.
I'm going to try this tonight. Seemed to be suggesting I needed the installation CD first, but it may well not be necessary.
Cheers
Provided the NAS is set to dhcp you should be able to plug it into you network and power it on, it should then get snip address which you should be able to connect to from a browser. The buffalo software comes in handy if you can't establish the op address as it scans your network for the NAS but you could always look on your router to see what up address it allocated the NAS. If the NAS isn't set to dhcp then you should be able to reset it.
Managed to access via browser so all good now.
Cheers
