If they weigh over 1kg they have lead glass optics . If anyone is seriously looking for a high end quality binocular this likely ticks all the boxes and has very good eye relief … but ask the dealer to check eyecups for wear. I have the same binocular myself bought s/h from Birdfair 2014 when compared it (observing dealer's targets) with high end Zeiss, Swarovski and Meopta … and the Nikon Venturer 8x42 7º was the best on offer for clarity and wide FOV.
