If it's out of whack advance the time as in the instructions above, only don't do it too rapidly as this could strip the nylon teeth on the intermediate wheel. See if it comes back into sync and don't turn the hands backwards whilst doing this, only advance them. If it doesn't work then the 24hr hand will need removing and repositioning.
