Lost in London Cartier Santos 100 Large - and now found again...

Cartier Santos Large, stainless case on a Cartier rubber strap with a signed buckle, with black bezel.

It went up in a bag, and didn't come back..

    Serial no. is 164833HK

(might be MK; only picture I have of the back is slightly blurry, wouldn't you know..)

(postscript : and found again, in a drawer on a yacht. Can't begin to explain that.)

Good question: either hotel room theft, lifted in transit, the tooth fairy got it. Lost in that space of 'was there, now isn't' . Bag has been virtually dissected to make sure it didn't get stuck in a lining somewhere, pockets patted to the point of repetitive strain injury. As it was on its way to the original supplying dealer to be sold, it was annoying to say the least.

Previous history gives a slight chance of it turning up again ( as in, miraculous return into watch drawer by the in house 'returner of lost things' but I'm convinced this is in the 'gone forever' category.
