Thank you. It is new to me and I am really rather pleased with it.

From what I have been able to find out, Racine were the US distributor of Gallet - this has a Gallet movement. I have read that Racine was the cousin of Gallet.

I think this dates from the mid to late 1930's but I am struggling to find any accurate information. I also wonder if the second hand means that this was a doctor's watch. Either way, I love it.

I got a used Baby Tuna in, this week….

Then someone asked me, if I would get rid of my „poor mans tuna”, but since it is quite different from the Seiko it can hold it’s own quite well, so I won’t flipper it…

    So for today, the PMT!

    Hagwe guys!

A couple of lovely Shturmanskie there. (How does one pluralise a plural? "Sturmanskies"...?)

Also, the Sinn 140 above makes me miss the space shuttle mission commemorative one I used to have. Great watches.

Today it's the Skywalker again, dressed up for the office on a perforated calfskin deployant strap. Have an excellent weekend (I've got a 70th birthday party to attend so will be digging out a G-Shock in case of wild party damage).

Cool, however the time difference when crossing from India into Nepal is only 15 minutes.
