Epaderm cream, no smelly irritant perfumes, not greasy, soaks in nicely

Avon Skin So Soft is Scotland's favourite midge repellent.

If it is dry - add moisture; if it is moist - dehydrate. Congratulations, now you are a dermatologist.

Sorry - but I couldn't resist - the old Uni joke

    Nivea, Vince.
The old school stuff you get in a pot. It's fantastic under and around eyes.

As suggested by draftsman I ordered a coupe of Rapha creams - one specifically for eczema, the other for dry skin. They arrived the other day and so far I am impressed. The eczema one alternated with the Jojoba oil seems to be really helping the patch on my ear.

Many thanks for the heads up on this Adrian.

Aren't patches meant for your eyes? ;-)

No, they can be deployed on any body part

Just look at Mrs V's imaginative use of one at a recent event in Slough

    SELSUN

It's available behind the counter at most pharmacies

You use literally about a 1p piece blob and you'll have it gone (for weeks)
It may come back without regular use of it but I only shampoo about twice a week and only use that product
    THIS.

I've suffered from Dandruff for as along as I can remember and have tried most remedies. The only 2 that have made any difference is Nizorol and Selsun.

I used to use Head & Shoulders regularly, to no avail but since using a combination of the 2 above (once a week if more than enough now), hardly ever see a flake or dry patch on my scalp. I don't use any oils or other emollients on my scalp but I don't use any "styling" products either.

Add: It's just a shame that those 2 products can't save you from going grey!

Not to worry, you are in fashion. Youngsters are dying their hair grey these days!
