In the world of cooked brekky I'll take quality over quantity please. Some of the best ones I've had have been in Scottish hotels- venison sausage and fried oatmeal, omnomnom; or locally smoked kippers when I'm in the Isle of Man. In London the Bishopsgate Kitchen serves a usefully good English breakfast featuring a duck egg IIRC.
