They will sell a few, it will (clearly) provoke discussion, promote the brand and lead to sales of other models.

I showed it to my wife . "I quite like it". - calling my solicitors first thing tomorrow. She isn't the woman I married. She married me so she had taste back then but now?

It's a watch for rich people with flashy taste - probably women. It doesn't make any other model less desirable.

It's actually well done for what it is.

I quite like it too - similar to how I liked Spangles.

Most important question, as it's a rolex, is it a good investment piece?

There are several Rolex that I assume are fakes over the years. Add this one to the list.

I believe it is the final resort for Rolex to counter the bold fake product designs that sells handsomely.

Actually love to have one if the price tag is divided by 100

I reckon it'll do well in economies where flashiest is bestest. I would imagine that China, Russia, the Arab states etc will prove fertile markets.

Or just increase the price until people think 'It MUST be worth it, mustn't it...??' Just like Hublot, later Omega's and the Nautilus/Aquanaut. :)

I thought I'd hate it, but *puts on flak jacket* I kinda like it.
