    Ok so any issues with this watch? what kind of price should I expect to pay for one/can discounts be had on new ones ? Been fancying one for a long time ,I now feel I should take a more serious look at one.

    No issues with mine, I wear it often, bought off here last year for £4.5 k ish, seems to be going rate for private non dealer sale,second hand from dealers seem to be around £5k upwards depending on age. Brand new, no idea.

    I bought one. It fairly immediately started losing an hour a day and was returned and replaced with a destro version. That stopped completely a couple of days later. Same movement. Never again. They're gorgeous but I'd advise watching it like a hawk until you're sure it's not a dud. They were both S production runs.

    No problems at all.
    If I remember correctly, the new ones are with sapphire.

    I wear mine since 2 years and have no issues so far. Runns well, keeps time and looks fine :)

    The new Versions have saphire instead of the great plexi.

    Here is a date code list. I don't know when the plexi stopped but it was quite recently. Mines a O series.

    Must be mid 2016 they switched to Saphire.

    Mmmmm ,found one 2016 with plexi and warranty till 09/18 that would make it an S I think ,read somewhere the owner of an S had trouble with it.
