Thread: Watchgecko mn NATO

    Watchgecko mn NATO

Liking the marine nationale strap pattern, but not wanting to fork out on what Silvermans and ericas originals are asking, I thought I'd try watchgecko's take on the style.

It's good quality for a NATO (as you'd hope for what they charge). Suits the watch I think.

Looks great particularly on the CwC! Nice to see they do it in two colours.
    Good choice 

I found a french surplus site selling simple sewn MN straps at a very decent price. Shipping took a while as they were out of stock but i am very pleased with the quality.

Yes, I bought one of their straps in small. Should have gone for medium (which hasn't been in stock since).

The downside is that unless I could cut one open then restitch it it wouldn't work with the cwc's fixed lugs

That's an unusual H3? Did you make this yourself?
    Cheers.

No, a guy called Randall Benson from California built it for me. It's a 6309 with a 300m Tuna bezel insert, all sandblasted.
