    Watch literacy

You often hear about computer literacy, how important it is to know and use modern technology, but what about watch literacy? Study in Oklahoma found that only 1 in 5 kids knows how to read a watch: http://kfor.com/2017/03/12/study-4-i...t-read-clocks/

    Is it US only problem?

Who knows? I was taught to read the time "properly" before I went to school (aged 4-5 yrs) but I'm an old git.

Not too sure what the normal thing is these days. I guess the advent of mobile phones etc makes the analogue version of clocks etc less necessary, I can only see this becoming more so.
