Windows Defender spat the dummy whilst I was viewing a thread.
Now viewing on iPad and getting spammy pop ups.

I'm getting pop-ups on my PC since this morning.
OK on the app.
Looks like it's affecting the search function too..........as there is a thread already running on this

Pop ups are on the site.
Luckily I have a Mac and it's annoyed rather than furious. Something is definitely wrong though.
Adblock is doing it's job on the PC but mobile devices it's pop up city....
This filter on adblock plus is working for me:
*//tr.im/*$script
This is catching it on my Mac and Purity is doing the same on iOS.
If you're using Chrome, use uBlock Origin. Haven't had to amend any settings with it, I didn't even notice the site issues.

Pop up is saying my computer is infected with a virus.
That sounds like a hoax. The Server/Pages seem to be infected not you local machine.
I had been seeing them on my iPhone but it seems to have stopped now.
It has been resolved - thankfully!

Had it, done a clear history, cache & cookies seemed to have gone. Happened before I think, forums are a target, lots of potential targets
