Thread: Now this is what I call a strap

Now this is what I call a strap

Though it is more or less strictly for the 'big watch posse'
I am afraid it would break the knitting needles😜

More like Wrist Restraints than strap by the looks.

That's a new fashion, I believe. Watches for thighs. It'll never catch on...

Is this from personal experience? If you feel the need to share, we're good listeners .

That is one tough looking watch!
I like the strap, it has the rugged no-nonsense appearance I find appealing.

Like the strap but not the bunker-like thing it's attached to

Yes, exactly. Nice strap but doesn't suit the watch at all.

It's a nice strap but maybe 'exquisite' is the wrong adjective this time :).

Interesting that isn't even the chunkiest watch from that manufacturer. Do you have any others?

In fairness that's not an awful lot thicker than the handmade Jabba Phantom strap I have on my brass Maranez Layan...

I agree that the strap in the original post is a very odd choice for that Kraken thing...

That's incredibly similar. Is it a Jabba?

Having just in leather over 100 spare watch straps, suppose I should own up to a penchant for the stuff.
That brute in the OP though, that must really chafe.
