    GMT-Master II BLNR 116710BLNR

    Hi All

I've seen a comments That suggests the BLNR availability has improved slightly. My AD still won't even take an waiting place :(. Dealers still seem to be putting significant margins on them.
Anyone got any better insight into availability?

    TIA

Not sure where your located but there are places that you can get on the list with a 4/6 month wait. Rolex on Bond St told me 6 months with a 1k deposit. Fraser Hart in Kingston will also put your name down. It's just a case of spending half hour on the phone to a few places and putting a small amount of effort in. Can't see why anyone would pay above list for one of these.

I guess a few people will also not take up the option when they get the call as they would be wanting a coke instead (if released).
Hopefully this will ease the long wait situation and the supply is back to normal.
I am not saying there won't be a demand but the silly money and speculators can stay with the SS Daytona.

They are still available, I got a call from an AD and have asked the AD too hold it for me whilst I sort out a separation. Then I will most likely buy it again.

Depending on what comes out on Baselworld. These could soon become widely available. Imagine if a coke bezel GMT comes out. Most people would prefer this and I can imagine a lot of people with the BLNR would be looking to trade in for this.

I'm not saying this will happen but if it does I think you will see a drop in BLNR prices. If it doesn't they will stay the same.

I am having trouble getting one from an AD.

On four lists since November and still waiting.

Bought 2 Rolex from one and he has not got me one.

    From Manchester? Does this help?

6-9 months for me was the best I could find. Fraser Hart in Solihull had told me it was now a "company waiting list" and wouldn't give me a waiting time.

That's why I don't think it will happen. I could see it also taking sales away from the BLRO and they're not going to want that!

I agree it is unlikely. But they will release something that will take interest away from this watch. This watch got away with it last year as they released a watch that cannot be bought!

The link suggests you check out Rockefeller's since you are in Manchester. They appear to have 3 BLNR models in stock.
