MAJOR crime / incidental theft of Rolex 8216199 reported

The high-profile crime involved is very much more serious than simple theft, but it is reported that on Tuesday 31st January 2017 Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust 8216199 was stolen.

Contact me for details. This would be a 999 call.

    Hi,

Please don't take this the wrong way, but I noticed you have posted quite abit in this forum recently.

Were they all your watches? If so, sorry about that and I hope everyone involved is alright.

This made me think of the risk of gangs targeting folks like us on watch forums? Wouldn't be the hardest thing for someone with ulterior motives to join the forum and weasel out someone's address?

    Thanks,
    Harry

    **EDIT**
Apologies to the OP but I have just been informed about your role on keeping our watch community safe. Thanks alot!

    Cheers,
    Harry
