Seiko Prospex Green Sumo SPB031 50th anniversary

Sure someone may have posted about this already but what are your thoughts on this? I got into a discussion with another forum member about Sumo's and he mentioned this. I haven't seen one before (i know they are limited) but can't decide!
    Anybody had one?

Looks great. Sumo is a great watch, and green and gold works - different too.
Sure that I read somewhere that these are VERY hard to find.
Bet there is a huge premium in price

Love it. Absolutely love it. Any idea how much this is gonna cost?... (goes off to look for it on the interweb...)

    Edit

Having found how much one was up for (just shy of $2000), I think I'll pass.

Definitely a looker and one maybe for the collector at the above mentioned price.

I don't like it at all. Prefer the regular colours by far.

I like the colour but and it's a big but for me...

It's way too much money for a Sumo.

Awful, but then I've never seen a green-dial watch that I like (yes, including 'that' one).

The closest I got was a listing on germany's eBay of all places, by sellinginjapan.net. But you've probably seen that their site shows it sold out. When I saw the price tho I pretty much gave up tbh.

You do like stirring it, don't you? Anyhow, Papa last time we crossed swords you pappered yourself and scuttled off with your tail between your legs.

I don't have a list and even if I did, you wouldn't be on it. Too insignificant by far.

Green watches simply don't work for my taste. I can see why some might like this one though, it is a bit different/retro.

You don't really get jokes, do you?

And we crossed swords? I don't recall, too insignificant by far.

It is very unique IMHO, but not sure if I like it. I definitely prefer the black version.

On the list? That's what you said of me. That's normally for people on the make, looking to make a fast buck, profiteering. I'm not one of those. I've no intention of commenting on your posts, so if you don't comment on mine there's no reason to cross swords. Is that clear enough for you?

I quite like it, but not enough to spend that much money on it!
