Does your AD look like this ? An incoming.

A lovely overnight and a nice meal followed by collecting a watch I've regretted selling for a while. Weekends don't get much better...
Does your AD look like this ?

And a little video shot on a new toy:

    The watch:
This is a weird one actually, I was offered one on here around this time last year, brand new at £5250 - the one Bigfish now owns funnily enough.. Anyway, I bought one just before the price rise and didn't even take the stickers off before I ended up selling to Watchfinder as I had other priorities. Needless to say I regretted it. My WTB was fruitless, save for stupid offers near to list anyway. Last week I asked for this from the AD and today I collected. No prizes for guessing where I got this. They did also have in SubC, SubC date, Deepsea and the new Explorer if anyone is interested.

    The sad part:
I got home and within 30 minutes received a call from my father to say my grandfather passed, age 90. I'll certainly never forget the day I got this one.

    Condolences on your grandfather.

I'm a Perth man myself so know the place you were at we'll.

Was it the normal deep sea they had or the blue

Sorry to hear about your grandfather firstly, but congrats on the watch.

I have bought a sold two LVs and have regretted selling both times. I have it in my head I was saving for a Blue Sub (WG) but that isn't going to happen so am kicking myself I did not get back on the LV bandwagon sooner. They are crazy money at list or pre-owned for something a bit 'niche'.

I may try a trade for my SD later in the year, who knows.

Very sorry to hear your news, Alistair. But a lovely incoming to act as a reminder.
