That seems to be the speculation in certain parts. No arrests at West Ham though.
As an aside, when I was on wiki to see what Big Sam's previous clubs were, I see his father was from Nairn, the town closest to my home! Didn't realise that. Wonder when HMRC will start bursting through the doors of the Banks?
