    Downer.

We recently started working through the DVDs of "'Allo, 'Allo!". I'd forgotten how funny they were. There aren't many things on now that make me laugh as much.

Oh, he was so brilliant - carved a proper niche of British TV history.

Is it bad to admit I thought he died a few years ago?

I think he almost did - he had a very bad accident IIRC.

I recall, when a young banana, nearly laughing myself unconscious at a scene where chickens had eaten some smuggled nitro-glycerin and were exploding behind a hedge. Cluck, cluck, boom!

    Thanks Gordon.
So clever my foot fell off.
