It is a lovely watch and the best Daytona out there. Also glad your patience paid off and you picked it up at an AD. Did you get the warranty card though!

The question now is what will go?

I am torn with this one or a blue sky dweller to join my BLNR and Z-blue Milgauss but then there is also a Zenith pilot and Glashütte Panoverse on the list as well!

I can confirm I got the warranty card. I did leave the stickers behind though (through choice, obviously).

As to what will leave, I have started with an IWC Mk XVII and a Bremont Terra Nova. I've also got one of my AT's for sale. Gotta work up the enthusiasm to sort a couple more.

I think the 42mm ExpII is probably the best modern Rolex, bar the 16600 SD. I'd still like a Daisy though.

They got rid of the Walt tuck-in flappy bit, and they made the keepers make sense. I think they are great straps, but I'm sure they would not meet the picky NATO spec.
