    Wondering what you chaps think of the veracity of this, myself I am of the "genuine" camp.

    Said by one internet "expert" to be fake in his opinion-despite never having seen the back of a Rolex dial before...

    I think not, those look like locations for glue tabs on the back (at 2.30, 6.30 amd 10.30), and there is a total absence of dial feet, either complete or broken off.
    Such features smack of a knock off designed to glue onto any old movement.
    But I have never seen the back of one of those dials either.

    The dial is kept in place in another way other than dial feet.
    A remark in post #8:

    These ladies' models don't; the dial stays aligned via a raised rim with a slot machined out around the 10:30 position.
    As can be seen in photos number 2 and 4 in the link, as shown below.

    I doubt counterfeit dial makers stamped the rear with the Rolex name and the crown logo.
