Does the Super Engineer bracelet suit the PRS-18 better than the Watchadoo Lumpy?

Mine just came out of the closet and we went doing stuff in the woods together

When the PRS-18Q is made again, it will have the ETA F.06.411 movement with full COSC. The only thing I haven't yet decided is whether to retain "GREAT BRITAIN" on the dial or "SWISS MADE", as it will be made in Switzerland due to ETA's refusal to supply COSC movements for watches built outside Switzerland.

    Eddie,

I would mark the dial with 'Swiss Made' as it would be COSC. I like the certified chronometer designation and it would make me want yet another PRS-18 to add to those I have already.

Why are you considering switching from Ronda to ETA?

^^^ Because I wanted it to be a certified chronometer and you can't get that with the Ronda.

Does that movement have the same sort of battery life as the Ronda?
I love my 18Q but a cosc version really appeals to me for some reason.

    I see.

Now at the risk of going for triple jeopardy, what does the Nato number signify? Is it that the watch is manufactured in accordance with Nato requirements, for example?

At this stage, I can only say it will be available before the end of the year.

    Very interesting to me!

Excuse the stupid question, but what does the NATO serial number signify? A supply to the MOD?
