What makes you think it's being phased out? (I'm not being funny, I might have missed something)
It's currently the only non green glass version.
Is this model getting phased out
Thanks in advance

The story has been repeated for a while.
The plain black and white dial 116400s are both showing in the Nov. 2016 UK price list, but so are some other models which appear still to be in the system : 116520 and 114270 apparently! They do have revised prices, so are clearly there deliberately. The 116520 shows at £8,800 and the 114270 at £4,350. The 116400 is £5,650.
Perhaps of greater import is the rolex website, where only the GVs now show.

Just received a Rolex brochure from my local AD the milgauss range does not get a mention.
That's a surprise that the GV isn't even mentioned...
I wonder if one day, they will become one of those sought after references as usually those start by being the unpopular references haha the white milgauss i just see them everywhere.
Has a term been invented for the process whereby a manufacturer releases a new model which is significantly cheaper but only marginally lower in specs than one of its existing models, as a way of lowering prices without seeming to cut them?
Anyway, is this what is happening here, the Milgauss being quietly elbowed out now the Air King 2.0 has been introduced in the same case but at almost a grand less?
I like the Milgauss in all its guises, or rather I would if they'd change that tacky lightening bolt seconds hand, to me, it makes a 'tool' watch gimmicky
I think the 1019 is one of Rolex best looking models, I hope they make a new model with this more subtle look.
The white dial is discontinued now. Being an unloved (Like the Daytona at the time) I think it will be the watch people are going nuts for in years to come! Paying through the nose for!

Sorry - how do you know it's been officially discontinued? I can't see it mentioned anywhere?
I've seen it mentioned on a couple of forums, even accompanied by the incontrovertible 'my AD told me...'. :)
I thought the black dialled milgauss was already discontinued as well???
Will the price of these really go up in the long run though? I would have thought that most modern day Rolex's are so highly mass-produced that there would always be a large amount of them on the second hand market...
The Milgauss has a cool history, but the current design with the orange and lightening bolt just doesn't work for me. Not surprised that it is getting discontinued.
I prefer the Milguass Z Blue edition!
