I do try to clear some out but it's like trying to empty Niagara with a teacup.

30% of messages : "If ever you get [xyz model that I could sell for £8,000] for around £5,000 please let me know [optional smiley face]."

10% of messages : "As a tz-member I am surprised and disappointed to tell you that I took my [base metal Austrian herder's watch] into your Birkenhead store --- but staff member Annabel didn't recognise it for what it was! How do you even dare to come on watch fora?"

20% of messages : "It seems that you're one of the experts here, so I thought I'd ask you directly. Which is better, a silver or a blue dial on a lady's steel Datejust?"

8% of messages : "Do you know of a business or dealer called "CustomisedTatFromOfficesRentedbytheHour.com" (also trading as "WatchMonologuesWhileDogging.tv")?"

2% of messages : "I have found a book which uses the term "Rolex Explorer." So you are wrong about it sometimes being called the Explorer 1. The thirty pieces of Rolex literature which you found containing the term "Rolex Explorer 1" were ALL aberrations and I think you are trying to change history when you say otherwise."

29% of messages : sensible questions, enquiries, thankyous and other tz-uk traffic.

Wouldn't have it any other way ;-)

    Haywood

P.S. 1% of messages : imbeciles suggesting that I can't add up percentages.

Now that we have his attention, may be we can hear his views about the stickers/hangtags controversy.

I have absolutely no knowledge of this subject and so, not being a politician, will keep my mouth shut.

    I believe the stats are:

'82% of all quotes on the internet are made up'.
