I think there is a lot of "missing the point" going on here.
The makers of watches like this are not intending to tell the time in an inherently easy manner. We have a very good, simple, intuitive way of doing this that everyone learns as a child. And these makers have deliberately chosen to ignore this design.
By altering the time display so completely, they are encouraging you to really look at your watch, be entertained by its difference, amused by the wit and whimsy and be impressed by the engineering and craft used to elaborate the display of time.
They want you to enjoy the process, look hard, and solve the mini puzzle you are wearing, rather than just glance at the time.
Personally, I do not really like them, I think it's a load of guff, but I understand the imperative to challenge the wearer.

can you imagine yourself in the pub with a few pints in ya trying to figure out what time it was
No..... seems pointless to me
Wanted to buy one to help ease the fact that I can’t get this at the moment!
Still haven’t bought either of them...

The brand name annoys me given both words are entirely the sort of things that could indicate the time and day on a watch of this nature, especially when bang in the middle of the face.
I think it’s an unusual and interesting watch to look at, especially the one with copper accents. I’m not saying I’d buy one, but I think there’s been an unnecessary amount of hate on here for something that’s very different.
Most of my watches are forum favourites, but I applaud manufacturers who don’t follow the herd. Definitely better than being criticised for producing another Rolex diver clone.
Looked at it longer than necessary to work out the time. Cool design but not practical by any stretch..

While I wouldnt buy one, I definitely appreciate if for what it is.
Most of us mechanical watch wearers could easily check the time on our phones. So why do we wear watches? Because we enjoy the mechanical engineering design and craftsmanship that goes into our timepieces. Well this company has taken that to the next level. The engineering design can be appreciated.
To the people who are calling this watch pointless and saying its too complex... You sound like what non-watch wearers sound to us guys - naive and ignorant
