thank heavens they gained an extra mm by using a 2892 rather than a 2824!
I like to call this watch: THE BEAST :)
It is my favorite dive watch, it is a monster of beauty ;) Made of Titanium Grade-5, movement is classic ETA 2892. The watch is very tall 21mm! Big 8mm sapphire to resist the 8000m pressure. The case side is around 42mm and bezel 44mm. A super big watch but super light and comfortable to wear due to the Titanium, I am a big fan of Titanium watches ;) Lugs are inclined and 24mm size with super strong lug screws which makes easy the strap swapping.
Today I used a black Isofrane with this big Kalmar 2, I like Isofrane thick rubber and nice vanilla smell, sometimes I want to bit and eat the strap :) (LoL) For big watch like that it is important to have thick strap I think like 5mm; I might suggest after Isofrane the model 317 from an Italian brand called "Bonetto Cinturini" which are available at the WatchGecko website, I am having a lot of them :)

King of micro dive watches👍👍
That is a most-impressive dive watch!
I balk at walking 8,000 mtrs, never mind diving to that .................
