AQ4060-50W, one of the HAQ Eco-Dive The Citizen models. I took it off the (admittedly very well done) bracelet and put it on a grey goat leather strap. Had it on a green ostrich leg leather strap earlier.

Thanks very much! It's the 7804 movement, but not a case shape that I've seen much. I have a few others to go with it:)

I took a hiatus from the watch collecting hobby for a while following a relationship breakdown, house break-in (12 watches stolen) and significant personal challenges I was dealing with. Over the past few years, I have treated myself to a few watches here and there, but, recently, after a visit to Hawaii that saw me pick up my old protrek for the ocean, I replaced that with a new Protrek and this reignited the horology hobby for me!

Anyway, having been out of the hobby for several years, man, have things got expensive! I cringe at how inexpensive SMP's were and the ability to actually buy a Rolex approx. 10 years ago...., after the house break-in, I am / was concerned about the value of some of the watches that I had / wore and decided to take a different approach to my hobby. I have always been a fan of Citizen, not only for the value they represent, but also for their approach in designing and manufacturing the machines to make their own watches. I feel more engaged with my hobby when I can actually wear the watches I have, however, several of these simply hide away in the safe haha.

So without further ado, here's my collection of Citizen watches.... I have gone a little nuts and there are few more that I would like to add to the collection:
    Titanium Ecozilla
    Altichron Cirrus
    BN0177

    I think that's it....

Currently have 11 watches knocking around my box.
    Yet?
This is the most of sentimental value.
It was a gift from my late wife for my 1st father's Day. I lost her 3 years later but the watch and the thought behind it, I was diving a lot at the time and a previous Promaster I was gifted for my 21st was stolen. Well it means a lot to me.

Anyone here with a citizen promaster ny0100-50x? Green dial/green bezel. Saw one on holiday and really liked it, however can't seem to find any dealer with it near me.

There's a nice ecodrive one on SC.. No affiliation with the seller.

Another antique shop find. A 1975 Citizen Crystron. In the last 24hrs, the timekeeping is spot on.

Came on its original bracelet too.

Crystal needs replacing, so need to find a repairer to do that.

    Nice little watch

Lovely blue dial that. Mine's the same shade. Hopefully, with a replacement crystal, mine will look as good as yours.

It's great to see these fantastic Citizens popping up, especially some of the older models I wasn't aware of.

Picked this up on a Virgin Atlantic flight.

Bit of a bargain at £180!

Small running seconds, and a meca-quartz chrono main hand. 24-hour indicator and date at 3.

    Really good blue lume!

Crown at 10 operates the city bezel for a second time zone.

And it's a Red Arrows model, with quite subtle badging on the dial, and a full team insignia on the caseback.

I especially like to have a two-hander on holiday, because I'm anal about having the minute hand hit the markers spot on when the second hand hits the 12. Takes a bit of irritation out of entering different time zones. My Seamaster with independently adjustable hour hand is handy for that as well.

    Thanks!
Looks great in your pic, but I wanted to check if the marker on 12 stands out, and it does. (My thing).
Then I read into your description and I see the point of that watch was no seconds hand! (Not my thing, unfortunately).

By coincidence I have been looking at these just yesterday! I have a hankering for a moonphase but don't fancy spending loads on one, guess once this is set it's good to go no matter how infrequent the wear too.
Which colour is that? I'd been looking at grey or possibly blue.
Where did you get it if you don't mind saying?
I know it's early days but how are you finding it?
    Cheers.

Hi J4ckal. I ordered it from this outfit https://www.watch.co.uk/

Despite the name, they’re based in the Netherlands. Placed the order yesterday morning and it arrived via DHL before 10am today. Sign up for the watch.co.uk website and you’ll get a 5% discount code. The price included VAT so no delays in delivery. First impressions? I don’t regret buying it. Been mulling it over since late last year. The dial is red/“blood moon” and reminiscent of the lunar surface. Get one, you won’t regret it.

    Tough!

A couple of my recent purchases from SC.

I had the black version previously and gave that to one to my nephews. As usual, once it was gone I needed another one.

I had a WTB for out there for ages and now two crop up in the space of a couple of weeks.

Cracking grab n go watches for me.

I bought this last summer. Saw it in a shop in Italy while on holiday. It’s titanium so very light. The green is a nice tone as well I think and I like the shiny bits on the bracelet for some contrast.

My AQ4060-50W. Off of its original bracelet and on a red leather strap. Great attention to detail on this watch, I love wearing it.
