It's 46.5mm; way too big. Styling is a mess too, and I speak as an admirer of GS. Wasted opportunity.

I looked at the GMT with the blue dial. The dial itself was awesome, very deep inky colour that when it caught the sunshine dazzled with a lovely electric blue. The case. Mmm the least said about that the better. Too shiny, too blocky and too big. And the black didn't do anything for the dial.

I think it looks fantastic. But then my opinion is, like most people's, pretty irrelevent. I can't afford this watch now, and if I could I wouldn't be wearing something like this, and in any case, its clear that LE watches like this are being made by Seiko for the tastes of their home market, rather than trying to appeal to a bunch of uptight englishmen. If, instead of merely peering at each watch to how it measures up to their rather limited conception of what it they're looking for, people just tried to enjoy each watch for what it is, they would probably be a lot happier. (Don't worry, you don't need to tell me that that's not going to happen.)

I love it but it needs shrunk to 41mm. Great advert right enough.

    On the contrary.
This is the best GS I've ever owned.
Not the same dial though, I found the plain black dial much more appealing.

Everyone have a personal taste I guess.

It is just way too big though.

Any idea how it compares to 47mm Panerai Luminor in terms of size and wearability?

Not for me, and I am an admirer of GS Spring Drives. I have a blue limited edition SBGE029 and must say the colour is fantastic (even though I prefer the emerald green of the SBGE021) - but the case of this one is a monstrosity and I find the dial too busy/cluttered.

I own this PAM364 and the GS is more comfortable. That said I will not claim the PAM is uncomfortable. It's actually really nice, especially since that one too is made from titanium.

Well I'm 193 cm tall and weighs a little above 100 kg so for me it's perfect. I think the 40mm SBGA127 (for instance) is bordering too small due to the short lugs. But as I wrote, it's all a matter of taste.
