    New arrival- AP vampire

Picked this up yesterday. It's an AP ROO and known as the vampire. 42mm case but wears quite a lot larger due to the case shape. It's an impressive watch but I don't normally get on with leather straps but I might just learn to live with this one!

    Anyway here's a few pics :)

Haven't seen that model before. Great looking piece and I'd probably also get a bracelet for it.

Wondering why people with no interest in watches are on a watch forum?

    Belters, both of them mate.

There’s something just works with a splash of red on a black dial.

Love it, really like the red accents, and stitching on that :)

Love the AP ... reminds me of their diver... i reckon rubber would be a better bet rather than the bracelet !

    cheers

That AP is a beauty really like it on the leather, I wouldn't swap the strap. I have an AP Diver on rubber and am thinking about a change to leather.

Beautiful, makes me so regret selling the AP RO Offshore Black dial Themes a few years ago, that dial is stunning.

Something very nice about the black and red :)
It's just a matter of time...

Very nice. I like the more reserved colours rather than those bright ones!!

As a rule not really a massive fan of the offshore watches but that does look cool

The black dial look's great, strangely you don't seem to see as many of them around compared to the blue or grey.

Thats a clock not a watch!

Beautiful but you need big wrists! Just to lift it.

Very nice dial, doesn't look like 42mm from the photos.

Too big for my taste, though.

I really like that. black and red always looks good.

I saw a similar looking watch at watchfinder the other day and I was impressed with the size. not too wide but the overall shape and depth give it excellent presence. it's a watch I'd love to own one day.

Very nice indeed and it does look on the large side.

I would have liked the date window to be same as the watch just to be slightly different
