An interesting quirk to Orient is that they seem to do some BDM (Brazil Domestic Models) which you cannot get anywhere else...

I suspect parts are going to be a problem if Orient are not officially distributed in the UK(?). Japan address is:

29th Floor JR Shinjuku Miraina Tower,
    4-1-6 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo 160-8801,
    Japan
From April 2017, responsibility for Orient Watch sales in Japan will move to Epson, in a restructuring designed to promote Epson's wearables (they do some excellent GPS fitness watches). If this restructuring follows globally, it might then be easier to contact Epson in the UK for Orient support.

Yes they do two lines - something like Sea-tech and air-tech off the top of my head - I've only encountered one person who owns any and he says they are pretty good for the money.

Here is a review of one:

Lovely watch, great thread - just acquired a black dialled version, wearing it on the bracelet. Looks better in real life than in pictures, but don't they all??

I wonder if this will scratch my Explorer itch....?

I have a Black Dial Poseidon .. it’s a great watch, I wear it on the bracelet but it’s nice to have strap option as well. Cool wee tool to change the bracelets and the box is pretty nice .. I’ve never seen another in the wild and don’t know anyone who owns one.

The M-Force series is nice also.
