That was the main difference I noticed with the one on Amazon, which is specifically a II model (the Mr Fusion upgrade only appears after the doc comes back to 1985 from 2015 - it isn't in the rest of the first film). That makes me think it's not the same model, but it was the closest I could find. It might be from the same company, but the one in the OP is perhaps the first-movie version. Either that or it comes as a separate removable piece.
Now i now what i will get for christmas from my girlfriend..
