CWC SBS Resurrection Stage 2 - Final

Following my earlier thread titled CWC SBS Resurrection Stage 1. The final transformation took place a little while ago.

I acquired a mid 90s' un-issued CWC SBS and transplanted the dial/hands/movement module into the issued SBS making the resurrection complete. I re-used the original crown but decided against using the old crystal as you have to draw a line somewhere between originality and practicality. Besides, I intend to wear the watch and want to see the dial.

I have since fitted a well worn MOD Admiralty Grey Nato strap to the watch and it is now back to it's service configuration. I apologise for the poor photography but you get the idea of how the watch looks now.

Before and after pics to show it off.

    Terry

Cheers, I got confused as you can get a "non SBS" day date.
Also would these be more accurately described as the UKSF Diver?
