Denim and raspberry

The 'Speedy Pro versatility' thread caused me to think about the most versatile watch in my collection. After some reflection, I decided that, for me, versatility is defined by the chameleon characteristics of a vintage 1675/16750. Each one looks different. This is my 1983 16750 with its denim and raspberry insert...gratuitous, without apology...





As fresh as the day it left the factory more than thirty years ago...

Your gilt dial 1675 is probably the nicest that I have seen Bob...not sure about that insert though...more Dr Pepper than Pepsi!?

All lovely, with an aged character I doubt you'll get with a ceramic bezel

I wish Rolex would reintroduce the small GMT head as per bobdog's watch, I've always liked it.
