    New Seiko Turtle PADI "Pepsi"

Seiko are releasing a special edition PADI Turtle, ref SRPA21-K1. No word on if it's limited or standard production so far but it will retail at 430 euros.

They're also releasing the SUN065 at 630 euros...

The only thing I can't find is where to buy one!! Does anybody have any good sources for Seiko? I love the Pepsi Turtle and glad I waited now :-)

Can't help with the sellers, but both of those are fun, handsome and capable watches!

The watch looks fine I just don't get the Irish connection?

Nice, I quite like the first one. Looks like a great holiday watch to me. Shame they are too big for my scrawny wrists. 45 and 47.5mm respectively for anyone wondering.

    Also http://forum.tz-uk.com/showthread.ph...o-partner-PADI

Read this on one of the other watch forums, love the look of the Automatic, prices are reasonable, not sure what limited distribution will mean, will AD's get this watch?

I have the SRP777 and also scrawny wrists and I can confirm that it is one of the most comfortable watches I have. Although it has great width, the lug to lug is much shorter than a lot of other less wide watches and so it wears very well. And because it's wide there is a lot of flat metal to sit on your skin and so doesn't feel top heavy at all.

Really like the SRPA21. Reminds of a Seiko diver I had when I was a kid.

Lovely, the only downside for me is although the watch is 44mm by the time you have taken into account the cushion case, the bezel and the tapered chapter ring. You are left with a pretty small dial, for my eyesight at least. Still like this watch very much though

Can you do a mock-up of a seadweller with "DUREX" on the dial? :)

I'm on the fence about this one. Hmm. I'm not sure I dig the red and blue, but I think I could acquire a taste for it... seems to be happening a lot lately.

Anyone seen one 'in the shops' that' actually exists? Rather than the pre-order stuff that just relies on rehashed Seiko pr pics..

Don't think it has been released anywhere yet.
Suspect the foums will be awash with pictures once it it's out there.
One of few IRL pics I've seen besides the Basel ones already in this thread,

    I don't like blue-red combo.
Also I don't like different brush finish on the watch case and bracelet.

Possibly prices will be inflated as soon as first pieces hit the public.

    New Seiko Turtle PADI "Pepsi"

It hasnt been released yet. I posted some Basel shots on the first page, there are some more
Shots from Basel around the web but the watch is behind glass and under a lamp.

Love it so far and am on the preorder list. I thought Q3 was the release.

    Was he a BSAC instructor?

Seems an odd way to sell PADI training

I have heard it a few times myself, though.

I spoke to Seiko and PADI a few weeks back, they expect release to be in August.

Sorry, just a lighthearted josh aimed at the PADI sales culture.
