There might be a birthday party in Trier later in the year with a three-line whip - I hope so.
Here a small video showing how the minute and hour disks move. Note the tiny incremental move of the minute disk when the seconds passes through 55.
Amazing how satisfying it is to see small disks move!

What a lovely piece of engineering!
You mentioned in your original post about the energy required to move the discs, and the need for a bespoke escapement - what is the power reserve?
The technology is described here: http://www.watchtime.com/reviews/big...ohne-zeitwerk/ *
Interesting to note that the mainspring for the Zeitwerk is even stronger than the one for the Lange 31, with its 31 days of power reserve. As you would expect, winding a Zeitwerk requires application of some force.
* watchtime.net says the movement consists of 388 parts - however according to the Lange website there are 415 parts.
The Lange catalogue states 415 as well, including 68 jewels. If your interested, the Zeitwerk Acoustique has 528 components.
Thank you for posting the lovely video and proper wrist shot. Really appreciated. Enjoyable to see.
Shame all the pictures have disappeared Raffe, can you put another one up of this considerably expensive watch ⌚️ please.
How dose the Jerk wart wear, is it big like your head.
