If you can get to leeds, I've had a few sets done by these people, acid strip, media blast, powder coat, bake, powder coat colour coat, bake, clear powder coat, bake etc. The wheels are like 100% new and I'm a fussy bugger.
Only one one thing to bear in mind. As they're not wet sprayed, the finish isn't bling shiny, there is flake in the paint of course but the powder coat very slightly dulls it.
Still wouldnt stop stop me using them, just ask for a lot of metallic flake.

A powder coat finish is more resilient than a clear coat as well.
I wouldn't waste my money on the monkeys that deflate the tyre, break the bead, mask the wheel (if you're lucky) and spray. Won't last, and looks sh!te
