Bi metal ceramic sub on blue rubber B- pics

After starting a recent thread on this subject I decided to give it a try ( thank you to Kerry).

Yes it's blue, very blue but as it happens blue is my favourite colour ;)

The rubber B strap has exceeded my already high hopes, the quality really is amazing!

Sorry about the rather average photos :(

I like it a lot on the rubber Alex. Calms it right down.
So, has is this the one that makes the rest of your collection redundant do you think?

I think it looks great on the Rubber B as I expected it too. Wish you could do something about the SS tang buckle.

That works really well and I actually prefer it to the style/look of the two-tone bracelet.

    Good work that man!

    Get the buckle gold-plated.

    Very nice Alex.

Agree that a Gold buckle would finish it off nicely.

That really is very, very blue indeed. Kudos, but I don't think I could carry that off.

    Thanks people :)

I knew it would divide opinions but that's a good thing ;)

@verv- nothing else gets a look in since I got this!

A few slightly better pics in natural light.

I love the watch (have always wanted one), but for me I really dont like that look on the strap... But I must say kudos to you for having a go and not just plodding on with the "OEM spec"! And it's great to see what it did look like.

I know it's marmite Adrian. I really like it, will the novelty wear off? Maybe but for now I'm happy to leave it on the rubber till I get bored :)

Ahead of the fashion as ever, the AP releases show us that the combination of a good colour watch and rubber strap is very much coming in now, great fresh look

I absolutely love that. Well done! The colours match superbly and I like the way the blue rubber tones down the gold for what is ultimately a sports watch. Have you looked at other clasp or deployant options?

    Question

Can I ask where you sourced the watch from Alex? PM if you prefer....thanks.

Send a PM to marcj on here. I'm sure he will be able to help.

Couldn't agree more - opened the tread with some trepidation, but that looks absolutely amazing and to my eyes at least it is a great combination which exceeds the look on the 'correct' bracelet .... congratulations ....

That's one very blue strap! Looks nice, wonder how it would look like on a BLNR?
