I think it keeps getting better the further in you watch.

About 100,000 have now signed a petition to bring it back.

I love post apocalyptic sci-fi anyhow.
Most of the first series but got to the point of not really caring what happened to them.

I'm a fan of post apocalyptic too but this didn't hit the spot.

    Harry Hills Alien Fun Capsule

Not a series but a new TV show, Harry Hills Alien Fun Capsule, watched the first episode of this new TV show last week and it had me in tears..

Its hilarious on so many levels, Harry, the way everything is sprung on the celeb guests you can tell its not scripted which I really like.

Just watched the second instalment, and its so funny, laugh out loud funny, I love it.

    Anyone else seen it.?

I did start watching the TV adaptation of Taken, and it started off ok, but then started to merge with the likes of the girl-flick quality of Quantico mind my spelling.

We watched "Secrets and Lies" in 2015 and I was pleased to discover that there was a season 2, which we watched this weekend. Only 10 episodes per season and so many twists and turns it will make you dizzy. Stellar performance from Juliette Lewis.

Homeland (s6) is hotting up nicely following a relatively slow start........I'm sure Claire Danes does the "quivering lower lip" without even realising now!

I caught up with SS GB over the weekend.

A fascinating concept and nicely paced too - none of you shaky 'realistic' camera shenanigans with fast cutting etc.

    Iron Fist......

It's not the Martial Arts mayhem that people were expecting.... but neither is the dud the critics think that it is.....

seems it's Netflix and Marvel' s time for a kicking as they've been too cocky and successful...

It's a bit light on marital arts for a martial arts series and more drama than expected but it's not the dreary drudge of Jessica Jones or the over stretched story of Luke Cage. The only critic summary I agreed with said it's disappointing for a a few because a the character we expected to be full on crouching tiger style or Ong Bak in New York.. (though fan ratings higher on Rotten tomatoes for example way higher than critics)

It's not as good as both Daredevil series but I prefer it to the other two personally.

I think it will grow and after the Defenders cross over expect S2 to be bigger on action.WE

I'm quite enjoying Iron Fist too. It's a bit slow and perhaps is taking itself a bit too seriously - a little irony and humour would be nice. I couldn't get into Jessica Jones at all and Daredevil and Luke Cage I gave up after half a dozen épisodes, at least Iron Fist keeps you guessing where it's going.

"SIX" is worth a watch, advertised as an 8-part mini-series so there may not be a second season.

Thought the ending was a bit weak. Are they leaving the door open for a new series I wonder? Don't think Deighton wrote a sequel?

Daredevil is the stand out series of the 4 but I am really enjoying IF. Luke Cage should have stopped when main villain beat. Saved the more cartoony one for S2. Jessica Jones ...just a bit meh.... too grungy and angtsy and gothic moping about - was like watching an NME journalist's home life crossed with the Girls series trying to capture Dr Who in a purple suit...

Hoping the Defenders with only an 8 ep run will be snappy and fun....

I'm sure it's been mentioned but "Fargo" the series is everything the movie was and more besides. Loving the dark humour and lines.

I loved the first series of Fargo, wasn't as keen on the second. The third series is due out in April so will be keeping an eye out.

Have been enjoying the OJ Simpson series on Netflix, can't wait to see the Chewbakka defense!

Just started Animal Kingdom, loosely based on the movie of the same name but based in California with Ellen Barkin being the matriarchal figure. So far really enjoying it and Ellen Barkin is still super hot despite being about 100 now!

    Feud - Bette and Joan.

Susan Sarandon and Jessica Lange and created by American horrors ryan Murphy.
I'm on the 3rd episode and it's absolutely brilliant.
    Can't rate it highly enough.

Iron Fist - spoiler. Don't scroll down if you haven't watched all the episodes.

I was a little disappointed not to see a couple of guest appearances - Daredevil, Luke Cage or Jessica Jones in the season finale.

Line of duty is back on BBC.

And Thandie Newton is in it. I doubt she'll have the same exposure as on Westworld though.

Southland. Gritty police drama set in L.A. Has so many plot twists... keeps you guessing. It's not exactly new, but just recently found it on kodi.

Just watched the first episode of the Norwegian drama Eyewitness on C4, got off to a great start IMO. It's going to take some following and I foresee plenty of twists, turns and red herrings ahead.

Just watched the first couple of episodes of 'Killjoys' on Netflix. Decent enough undemanding, low-budget sci-fi. Ass-kicking, hottie bounty hunter in skin-tight leather is Yorkshire lassie Hannah John-Kamen.

In the same vein I reckon is Dark Matter, which was also fine for what it is, the lead is smoking. Am about to start killjoys, has been on the list for a while and finally getting around to it....

Has anyone persevered with "The Leftovers"? It should be good with Christopher Ecclestone and Liv Tyler but after 2 episodes I can't tell where it's going.

Leftovers is a very odd show but strangely compelling, complex and at time beautiful. I really like it!
