It is a non removable link so yes a new bracelet is required. That is unless you find the missing part or a damaged bracelet for sale to scavange parts from.
Hi Guy's
New to the forum so I hope this is the right place for my thread.
I bought a Longines L4.718.4.12.6 http://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedi...atch-168309280 roughly 11 years ago. After a few years I noticed one of the end links missing (sorry if this is the incorrect terminology?)12025283_10153625555303007_480304155_n.jpg12025333_10153625555223007_1684411967_n.jpg It doesn't have a pin in it so doesn't seem to be a "link" (I'm assuming). Does anyone know of a good place for spares or replacement?
I made contact with Longines who want me to send it of to them but a jewellery store I had visited said it would need a new bracelet, which I assume would be costly?
Any information would be greatly appreciated

Thanks Dom. I will try to see if I can find something first online. I think a new bracelet will be expensive and I don't have the cash spare at the moment
Well I had completely forgotten about this thread and my watch is still not in use.
Looking to get a leather strap as suggested.
Thank you for the responses.
