I seriously considered getting a watch with a repainted dial:



but I decided that I would prefer a watch that looks it's age. To me the watch with the patina is more authentic and interesting.

Had one of these a while ago, a minty one, and foolishly sold it (for not much money as well!)

One of these red fade Lord Marvels turned up on instagram recently, posted by an Amercian with a large collection of modern Omegas and many followers of the "cool shot bro" variety. He did his best to seem unfussed by the news that it was a very inauthentic redial.
