    Tudor black bay fabric strap.

Does anyone know how much these are? I can't find a price on the net.

I was quoted £150 to get one (for my Pelagos) from an AD a while back.
    The answer is, too much

Well dealer just told me £120 for the strap and £90 for the buckle. Stupid money.

That really is taking the biscuit. How can they possibly justify that price tag?

Why would they feel they needed to justify the price?

I'm just looking at mine now and can't see how on earth they could possibly cost that, its short too.

I spoke to the AD where I bought my Pelages and they said that the price was £120 which includes everything.

    Still a lot of money!

I wore my Black Bay on the fabric strap for the first time yesterday and I can honestly say I'm not a fan. Although the strap does look good and the buckle is beautiful it was so uncomfortable. The keepers dug into my arm and the fabric is quite rigid. I've just gone and ordered a couple of other straps to try. One is a rubber one with shaped spring pin ends and a black Perlon which I might try to put the Tudor buckle on, we'll see once they get here.

If you need it, perhaps I could try it? :))

    Did you take any photos?

If you're local you're welcome to try it, don't think I'll sell it though as I think I'm going to try the buckle on a Perlon strap I've ordered. I didn't photo it either and its back on my YellowDog distressed leather nato now.

I think part of the problem is the size of the strap, the bizarre adjustment at the buckle and where I wear a watch. No matter what I did the keepers dug into my wrist and hand. The bracelet is a beauty but I wear my seamaster on a bracelet and fancied a bit of a change with the BB.

I've just had a look at the Tudor website as I hadn't seen the Tudor fabric strap. Is it like a NATO where the strap runs behind the watch case?

I can understand that :) Unfortunately I live in the SW of the Country.

So, I think that I will go with one of Eddies :)))

Its a bit of a funny one, The strap does run behind the case but the spring pins are fixed in place in the strap with adjustment at the buckle end to lengthen / shorten and that also dictates where the keepers are placed too. I'll try and post a pic but it will only be from my phone.

Does anyone know of any aftermarket (i.e. cheaper) Tudor-style fabric straps. I've Googled, but come up short. :(
