Nothing 'military' or 'tactical' is going to work with neon green. You'd be best looking at sports diving style straps...bright, chunky rubber or canvas things.
This sort of thing. Though matching the colours may be tricky.

I have had a couple of blue watches and have always found it very difficult to get the right strap combination. In the end it's always gone back to where it was purchased and exchanged it for something else.
